AI prototype design
Describe the device. Get a board that can be built.
Tell us what your product has to do. Superspot works through the requirements with you, then produces a custom PCB, firmware for its processor, the files a factory needs to build it, and a report of every check that ran against that exact revision.
What arrives
- A PCB design
- Schematic and layout for your requirements, as editable sources — not a locked export you cannot change later.
- Firmware
- Buildable source for the processor the design picked, wired to the peripherals that ended up on the board.
- Manufacturing files
- What a fabricator and an assembly house need to quote and build the batch: fabrication outputs, bill of materials, placement data.
- A validation report
- Every check that ran against that exact revision, what passed, what failed, and what was changed in response.
How it works
Describe the device
What it measures or controls, where it lives, how it is powered, how it communicates, and how many you need.
Answer the gaps
Requirements that are missing get asked about. Requirements that contradict each other get explained, with the trade-off spelled out, before anything is designed around them.
Get a design
Processor, peripherals and power are chosen from a bounded catalog of parts and toolchains that are known to work together, then turned into a schematic, a layout and firmware.
See it checked
The revision is put through electrical, layout and build checks. Failures are repaired and re-checked, and the attempts stay in the record.
Take the package
Download the sources, the manufacturing files and the report. Ask for a change and the next revision starts from what already exists.
What “prototype” means here
The output is a prototype. Checks that pass improve the odds that the physical board works; they do not guarantee that it boots or that it meets every requirement. Building one is what settles that, and what is learned from a built board feeds back into the next revision.
Superspot has been designing, manufacturing and running connected devices in the field for years. This is that work, opened up.
